I had a really nice time during my 1-night stay. the place had a quiet atmosphere. the location was great and handy, close to the Budva promenade. It was convenient to be just 1 km away from Giraffe Stop, which serves short-orders.

Really nice experience there. Modern place with amiable staff and nice food. Very nice boutique building and rooms with balcony. Very easy to get from Tivat airport, just 20 km.

good location in the really quiet area, near to budva, close to the centre and beach/downtown. perfect bed in the double room, plus a minibar, central heating, and an electronic key card.

The vibe here was super chill. I booked a double room with a balcony and got to enjoy all the facilities for three nights straight. They even hooked me up with an electric kettle and glassware.

Loved this good small and beautiful hotel, easy to find. The rooms were tastefully decorated and brand-new with balcony and the terrace, for instance as described. The staff were very very helpful and dedicated and offered guidance.

The breakfast here had a good variety of food 🥞, like tasty pancakes, fresh fruit, and nice meats. the location is awesome, super convenient, and just a short walk to Toplis.

This place offers plenty of options, amazing food, modern spacious rooms with balconies, all facilities including a great pool, and a convenient location near Altstadt Budva.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The pool had an amazing view and was mostly empty. The breakfast was tasty and enough to start our day. The staff were friendly, cute, and helpful. The hotel's location was close to the centre and shops in a quiet neighbourhood.

I always stay at the best place in Budva. They even returned my headphones once! I get everything I need here: Wi-Fi, free parking, 24-hour reception, restaurant, seasonal outdoor and rooftop pool. Perfect for my romantic escapes!

Located in a peaceful area, this hotel is perfect for a relaxing stay. the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. the room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was a good start to the day with fresh ingredients. There was a nice pool on the terrace which was quiet and ideal for unwinding.

The bathroom had an unpleasant smell that detracted from the overall experience.

Our room at Hotel Twelve By Aycon was amazing! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot Budva weather, and the balcony with city views was a perfect place to relax with a cup of coffee. The flat-screen TV provided entertainment, and the bed linen and towels were clean and cozy. We loved the modern and stylish decor of the room, and the tile/marble flooring added a touch of luxury.

Personally, we would have preferred a bathtub instead of just a shower in the bathroom. But that's just a minor preference, and we understand that others might find the shower more convenient.
